Michelle Pino

Michelle Pino was born in Vietnam and moved to the U.S. in 1975 where her family rebuilt their lives in a new country with a completely different language and culture. She remembers her parents teaching her six siblings and her essential life lessons about the importance of family values, self-sacrifice, service to others, gratitude, and a belief that, with hard work, people can accomplish almost anything.

Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and served in the auto finance industry for more than 25 years, consistently winning recognition as a top producer. Later, she changed careers, joining Kaiser Permanente where she delivered superior service to national healthcare clients, and partnered with the sales team to streamline processes and develop cost-effective internal procedures.

She and her husband moved to Florida with their young daughter in 2018 after visiting several times and coming away impressed with the area’s top-rated schools, amazing beaches and – most importantly – its warm, welcoming people. Though she already had one successful career, Michelle decided to reinvent her self again – this time following her passion for homes into the real estate industry.

Her passion arises from developing meaningful connections with others and helping people locate dream homes to suit their lifestyles. She understands how it feels to find ‘the one’ and wants to help others experience that feeling, too.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys playing tennis with her daughter, kayaking, taking walks, and competing in board games with her family.
